Elevate in the Windy City
Elevate hit up the Commerce Guy's Ubercart training in Chicago for some hands-on Drupal goodness.
It was fantastic getting to pick the minds of some big names surrounding Ubercart and Drupal including Mike O'Connor (@mjoconno), Tim Hill and Mr. Ubercart himself, Ryan Szrama (@mr_ubercart). We had a great time getting to know these guys and making new acquaintances.
We're looking forward to taking advantage of the scalability and flexibility that Ubercart and Drupal offer for sites with the need for e-commerce. And with a whole community of developers behind both technologies, there's nowhere to go but up.
If you ever find yourself in downtown Chicago I strongly suggest you stop by both Giordano's Pizzeria and Portillo's Hot Dogs Inc.
